We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, committed and highly talented individual for the role of Assistant Manager – Transaction Advisory

Overall Role
The successful candidate will work as part of our TAS team to deliver high-quality engagements and supports clients through complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, valuations and strategic investments.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Participate in the preparation and presentation of proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities in transaction advisory services.

· Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engagements.

· Performs detailed financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and forecasting, to support clients’ transaction decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate should have:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· A master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA is preferred.

· A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
· Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
