Centenary Bank is a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over 2.5 million customers with services that can be accessed across 80 branches, 205 ATMs, over 7,000 CenteAgents, and other digital platforms. The Bank seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and competent person to fill the position of Manager Board Affairs. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual.

Role Profile:
To provide company secretarial and legal advisory services to facilitate effective governance practices, operations of Board affairs and cost-effective legal advice to manage legal risks while enhancing business operations and growth.
Grade/Rank:

Education and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in law and diploma in legal practice (LDC)
• Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) or other Company Secretarial qualification (added advantage)
• Required Experience and Competences
• 4 Years’ post enrolment experience
• Experience in Company Secretarial/Board Advisory support
• Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal, Communication and presentation skills
• High level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage several projects at any one time with minimum supervision and to use initiative to provide solutions
• Stakeholder Management Skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
