Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with the senior management to support them in the delivery of PDU-related responsibilities.
• Creates and builds function-level senior management stakeholder relationships, influences ground decision-making to ensure that sourcing is managed in compliance with PPDA standards, and is an escalation point for problem-solving relating to regulatory guidelines.
• Guides Business Stakeholders through third-party risk management decision-making processes.
• Ensure the business communicates and understands the intrinsic business value of the PDU third-party risk management Framework.
• Guides PDU process, systems, policy, and procedure
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of approach as it relates to vendor engagements
• Is an escalation path for vendor performance observations and works with business partners and vendors to resolve issues.
• Plays a key role in developing reporting for third-party risk management as the risk landscape shifts.
• Improves data quality by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Assist in effective governance and controls for supplier risk management across the organization, and manage the vendor and contract management framework.
• Ensure that the categorization of vendors is followed and risk management of the same is adhered to as per the policy framework.
Education and Experience
• Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Economics or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of working experience in procurement/contract risk management.
• Relevant experience in stakeholder management
• Good working knowledge of contracts & familiarity with legal agreements
