JOB DETAILS:
Cost Controller
Seeking a meticulous Cost Controller for our Food and Beverage department. Responsibilities include calculating costs, strategic short and long-term F&B planning, inventory management, and periodic control reporting. The role involves adjusting menu prices based on costing data and actively contributing to menu engineering for optimal pricing.

Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Preferably experienced in a 4-star hotel environment

Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented
• Experience in using materials control is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and control Food & Beverage costs effectively.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for accurate ordering and monitor stock transfers.
• Assist in setting menu item sale prices.
• Control wastage, pilferage, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and communicate variance analyses for food and beverage expenses.
• Compile accurate daily and monthly cost reports, verify revenue reports for accuracy.
