Reporting To: Head of the Unit/ Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Ensure the safety of the vehicle and its occupants while carrying out his/her duties

Key, Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver mails and documents as assigned by the supervisor;
2. Provide chauffer services to the supervisor and or as assigned;
3. Keep vehicle clean, polished, and in good operating condition;
4. Routine check-up of the vehicle;
5. Keep records of trips;
6. Account for the vehicle and all accessories (Jerk, spare tyre, wheel spanner, keys);
7. Ensure that the vehicle is parked at designated place by close of official business;
8. Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• O’ Level Certificate;
• Valid Driving Permit with the appropriate classes (A, B, DL);
• Good track record of driving
• Minimum of three (3) years of driving experience

Skills/Competences

1. High sense of humility;
2. Good time manager;
3. Confidentiality.

Tenure of Appointment

• 4-year Contract
