Windle International Uganda (WIU) is a registered International NGO whose primary mission is to promote peace and development in communities through provision and coordination of education and training for refugees and people affected by conflict. Since 1996 WIU is a leading provider of access to education for refugees from early childhood right up to the postgraduate level. We help people to fulfill their potential, lead fulfilling
lives, and contribute to sustainable development.

WIU is part of Windle International (WI), an INGO based across East Africa and the UK. WI has presence in Kenya, Uganda, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, and the UK, and an office has recently been established in Rwanda. Together, we help over a million people to access quality education across East Africa every year.

WIU is currently looking for a suitable leader to fill the role of Director of Programs (DOP) who will be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and will oversee the Programs Directorate.
