Job Summary
Implement Uganda Airlines grooming Standards and procedures to ensure compliance with hygiene requirements.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient delivery of cabin grooming services in accordance with SLA’s and customer expectations.
- Supervise team leaders and cabin groomers to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in their work.
- Ensure cabin grooming personnel follow safety guidelines.
- Allocate tasks to cabin groomers on duty.
- Give support and feedback to staff being supervised, motivating and encouraging them.
- Immediately report any incidents / occurrences to the Duty Manager, and write an incident report where necessary.
- Allocate personnel and the necessary resources to meet requirements.
- Write and submit to the Duty Manager weekly report.
- Take proper care and use of equipment.

Qualifications (knowledge, skills, experience)
- Degree or Diploma in Aviation, Tourism or Business Administration
- 3 years’ experience in Cabin Grooming
- Customer care training
- IATA-Dangerous goods training
- Aviation Security Awareness Training
- Airside Safety Training
- Safety Management Systems Awareness Training
