Position Title: Senior HR Officer

Reports to: Human Resource Manager

Supervises: Human Resource Officer

Location: Regional Office – Jinja

Job Summary:

The Senior Human Resources Officer will provide technical support in the management and implementation of HR function for the Local Partner Health Services –East Central region. S/he will focus on HR administration and compliance of HR policies as per the MJAP policy, USAID partner staffing regulations and the National employment laws. S/he will support recruitment, staff orientation, training & talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and change management among others.
