Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

• Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings.

• Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
