Job Description/Requirements
Bay Stores Limited is the QI pads distributor in Uganda and is looking for sales agents that will run a door-to-door sales campaign in the busiest areas of the country.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of company sales in various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
• Prospect, recruit, and retain customers to grow market share.

• Manage specialty product sales and ensure approved targets are achieved.
• Participate in sales promotions at the busiest areas in major cities.
• Recruit school clients and other business partners.

Knowledge, skills & experience requirements:-
• An S.4 Certificate or its equivalent and above.
• Good interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Excellent business acumen
• Analytical skills
• Networking Skills
• Negotiating Skills
