Position Overview
As the Regional Manager – West Nile, you will be at the forefront of driving financial inclusion within the region. You will oversee credit and deposit operations, manage teams, and ensure operational excellence while delivering impactful services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee credit and deposit operations in the West Nile region, ensuring compliance with VisionFund Uganda’s standards and policies.
• Lead and inspire regional teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.

• Analyze and implement strategies to enhance outreach and client impact in the region.

• Foster partnerships with stakeholders and support the adoption of innovative microfinance technologies.
• Monitor and report on regional performance, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in credit and deposit operations.

• A solid understanding of the microfinance industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
