Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the procurement of goods, services, and supplies in compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
• Evaluate supplier bids, proposals, and quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization.

• Maintain and update the procurement database and vendor records.
• Prepare and manage procurement plans in alignment with organizational budgets and goals.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to assess procurement needs and prioritize purchasing activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools.
