Procurement Assistant job at Uganda AIDS Commission (UAC)

JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Procurement Assistant will support procurement processes, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines, and contribute to the efficient delivery of UAC’s programs and projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of procurement documents, including requisitions, purchase orders, and tenders.
2. Maintain procurement records and ensure proper documentation.

3. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

4. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
5. A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
6. At least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

7. Strong knowledge of procurement policies and regulations.

8. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
