M&E Officer job at Kulika Uganda

JOB DETAILS:
• Purpose:
To effectively implement M&E systems and plans in the project areas, ensuring that data collection, analysis, and reporting are carried out efficiently

• Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement M&E frameworks for the project.
o Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess project performance and impact.

o Conduct field visits to monitor ongoing project activities and ensure compliance with plans.

o Train staff and community members on M&E tools and data collection methods.
o Prepare periodic M&E reports and share findings with relevant stakeholders.

o Recommend improvements and adjustments to project strategies based on M&E findings.
• Location: Rhino Camp and Imvepi Settlement
• Duration: 9 months
