Logistics Officer job at The Motorcenter

JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for coordinating, and executing the movement of goods, supplies, and equipment from source to destination and perform various accounting and financial tasks to support the finance team, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and efficient logistics operations, supporting organizational goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply chain management, accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years desired experience in logistics, clearing and forwarding and Accounts/finance.

• Previous experience in data entry, accounts, and logistics roles is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and QuickBooks).

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
