Leasing/Ituran Administrator job at The Motorcenter East Africa

JOB DETAILS:
Reports To:
Manager Leasing and Corporate Affairs

Job Purpose:
To contribute to the overall leasing operations and ensure the continuous flow of the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, control, and analyze maintenance plans for all lease customers.
• Update repair and mileage information and share repair/service alerts with lease customers.

• Monitor lease contract expirations and collaborate with the Leasing Manager for necessary extensions.
• Maintain customer account and contact information in company systems for accuracy and accessibility.

• Coordinate Ituran tracker installations and ensure stock tracking of trackers and SIM cards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience:
o 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Skills:
o Commitment to customer service.
o Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.

o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Effective communication skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
