Job Title: IT Officer 1(Mbale)

Job Summary: Provides IT technical support and network support, helps put content on tablets and laptops and supports other IT-related activities including troubleshooting database issues. Supporting the Navision and MIS management. The role includes taking overall responsibility of the USAID OVC NEA to ensure the functionality of security and integrity of the UWESO’s IT system.

He/she will be responsible for installing and configuring servers, networks, computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and troubleshooting technical and non-technical problems.
