JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
• Maintain a positive work environment that promotes staff satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
• A relevant degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
