As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional spa treatments to our guests, ensuring they have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Your expertise in various spa services will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and enhance the hotel’s reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities
• Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their preferences

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and products are stocked and in good condition
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed and comfortable

• Stay updated on industry trends and new treatment techniques to enhance service offerings
• Educate clients on home care products and practices to maintain their wellness routines

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a hygienic work environment

Requirements
• Relevant certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or wellness setting preferred

• Strong understanding of various massage techniques and spa treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment
