Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the overall strategy, direction, and management of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading our team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan to achieve business objectives.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the management team and staff.

3. Oversee the overall operations, including production, finance, and sales.

4. Drive business growth through market development, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.
5. Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.
6. Foster a positive company culture, promoting employee engagement, development, and retention.
7. Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
3. Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the plastics industry or a related field.
2. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
3. Certification in a management or leadership program.
