Kampala Club is a Members’ Private Club located in the Kampala Central Business District and one of the leading sports Clubs in Uganda with an average membership of 600 members.
We are seeking a highly experienced person to lead operations at our prestigious, members-only sports club. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a world-class facility, ensuring top-tier service and an exceptional experience for our elite clientele.

Kampala Club invites applications to fill the following vacant position:
1.
o Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
o Reports to: Hon Secretary
o Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the club.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
To manage the day-to-day operations and staff of Kampala Club Limited to ensure excellence, build and maintain strong relationships with members, oversee exclusive events and member activities; handle budgets, financials, and club development and ensuring a positive experience for members and guests: implement and enforce EXCOM approved policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all individuals using the club.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Human Resources Management or business administration or any related degree.
Ideal Candidate
• Strong background in sports and recreation management with 5-years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, sports management, or exclusive memberships.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Passionate about delivering personalized, high-end service.

Technical and Behavioural Competencies
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal relations.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
