At GAEAT, we are revolutionizing the food and beverage delivery industry in Kampala. Our innovative app connects customers with their favorite restaurants and liquor stores, providing a convenient and efficient way to order and receive their food and drinks. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for dedicated and reliable Delivery Personnels to join our team.
Job Description:
As a GAEAT Delivery Personnel, you will be responsible for delivering food and drinks from various restaurants and liquor stores to customers within Kampala. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pick up food and drinks from designated restaurants and liquor stores
• Ensure that all orders are correct and complete before delivery
• Use the GAEAT app to navigate to the customer’s location
• Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Collect payments from customers, if necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
• Adhere to GAEAT’s delivery policies and procedures
• Report any issues or concerns to the team leader or manager

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Ability to navigate Kampala and surrounding areas efficiently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Own a smartphone with a data plan
• Prior experience in food or beverage delivery is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
• Flexible working hours with options to work in shifts
• Delivery routes will primarily be within Kampala and surrounding areas
• Delivery Personnels will use their own vehicle (motorcycle or bicycle) for deliveries
• Payment for deliveries will be made the following working day
