Education Partner in our office in Kampala, Uganda

Responsibilities
• Facilitate client trainings through workshops and webinars in line with the set content.
• Assist clients to learn and understand how to trade in CFDs (Currencies, Stocks, Indices and commodities)

• Train and assist clients on how to operate the trading platforms: FX Pesa, MT4, MT5.

• Thorough understanding of Fundamental and Technical Analysis and ability to instruct and apply them to answer client queries in relation to Online Trading
• Work in collaboration with Account Managers on client journey to fast-track client conversion, acquisition and client retention

• Align with FX Pesa compliance protocol in relation to KYC, AML, and CTF in all client engagements

• Work in collaboration with the Lead Education Partner to develop a schedule to assess training needs
• Conduct client surveys and interviews for revision and restructuring training content delivery and pedagogy

• Consult with other education partners, managers, and leadership
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Communicate training needs and online resources
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Test and review created educational materials
• Maintain a database of all training materials
• Instruct employee training and onboarding
• Contribute to, plan and submit content for the social media calendar in relation training
• Conduct training through new materials

Skills & Competencies
• Ability to train and use instructural learning materials and methods.
• Understanding of the sales administration process.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to convey complex and compelling information for a diverse audience.

Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years experience in education or training environment
• Experience in a sales management capacity.
• Proven track record in revenue growth management strategies
• Small and mid-size business funding experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the client journey in a sales environment
