Internship Overview
We invite applications for our Customer Care Specialist Internship.
This role offers a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates or university students nearing graduation to gain practical experience in customer service within the fast-paced FinTech sector.
Applicants must be hailing from or willing to work in Ndeeba, Natete, Nakawa, Kyambogo, Kansanga, Wakiso town, Gayaza, Masaka, Mubende, Masindi, Jinja, or Soroti.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will assist in responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and social media. They will provide accurate information regarding Mogo’s products and services while helping to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Additionally, interns will collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and participate in brainstorming sessions aimed at improving the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Fresh graduate or university student nearing graduation
• Aged 25 years or below
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• An inquisitive mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
