Job summary
To oversee care and treatment activities at Reach Out Mbuya.

Responsibilities and duties
• In Liaison with the Medical Services Manager, He/She will oversee and supervise the clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, counseling/prevention, and outreach services including appraisals and timesheets.
• Draw and implement medical clinic schedules, work plans, and documentation of best practices and lessons learned on specific program indicators and projects.
• 100% data collection and entry into open EMR, files, and registers under clinic as guided by project requirements.
• Health awareness to clients on HIV/AIDS and non-communicable diseases to ROM clients, ROM staff, and being involved in home and hospital visits.
• Supervise and mentor subordinates through holding and documenting surge meetings with follow-up with responsible staff for effective implementation.
• Participate in CME and training schedules in consultation with the HR office, build capacity of all staff under your supervision, and ensure timely appraisals.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and provide appropriate narratives of these reports with timely responses to data calls.
• Work closely with the medical service manager in the implementation project activities and in the development, and revision of various clinical guidelines and SOPs.
• Execute SOPs, internal, donor, and government guidelines, and data standards in order to guarantee data quality control and data management compliance.
• Collaborate with other internal stakeholders especially monitoring and evaluation, community and social support departments.
• Support and observe the safeguarding culture in the organisation regularly documenting and reporting identified and safeguarding issues to the HR.
• Ensure health, safety, and security in the area of operation, as I promote the vision, mission, and values of Reach Out Mbuya.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB)
• 3 years in a similar post (preferably HIV/AIDS Setting)
• Special Knowledge
• HIV/AIDS management and care
• National health policies
• Basics of financial management

Key Skills
Computer, coaching, interpersonal, supervisory skills, and training skills.
Other Qualities/Attributes: Innovative, resourceful, analytical, attention to detail, self-driven, good listener.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
