Company Overview
Zaga Computers Uganda deals in the sale of all types of computers including laptops, desktops and all computer hardware parts, Accessories, TVs, computer software & servicing, computers network & repair. We are located at Kabaka Kintu House level-1 shop No C-03 opposite king Fahad Kampala road.

As a Sales Executive at Zaga Computers Uganda, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by selling our diverse range of computers & accessories.

Responsibilities
• Sales Goal Setting: Set monthly goals, KPIs, and establish a daily outreach plan to achieve sales targets.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales by effectively demonstrating the features and benefits of various products to customers.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads, utilizing various channels to create a healthy sales pipeline including social media & Jiji.
• Meetings and Presentations: Schedule meetings and deliver compelling presentations to prospects, effectively showcasing our company’s services.
• Sales Activity Tracking: Document all sales activities ensuring the database remains up-to-date with accurate account information.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer and prospect pain points to relevant departments to enhance our services.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Meet and/or exceed sales quotas by applying effective sales strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize the overall sales effort.

Qualifications/ Skills
• Education: Fresh graduates in any field.
• Students perusing any bachelor’s degree/diploma are welcome to apply
• Experience: NA
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive rapport with various individuals.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to track and manage sales activities.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Closing Skills for deals, confidence in sales negotiations, and a passion for success.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Salary & Benefits
