On Behalf of our client, Talent Foresight is seeking to recruit a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in managing daily tasks and operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Calendar Management:
• Maintain and update the calendar for MD ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and events.
• Coordinate logistics for all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Task Management:
• Assist in managing projects and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Gather and compile information for meetings and reports as needed.
