2. Utility Maintenance Technician (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on utility systems, including HVAC, water supply, and electrical systems.
• Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of equipment, such as boilers, generators, and compressors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, recommending solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering (or a related field).
• Experience in utility maintenance or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
