JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with travel inquiries and bookings
• Provide detailed information on destinations, packages, and services Manage reservations and handle customer requests efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay updated on travel trends and company offerings
Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years’ experience.
• Travel and Tourism certification (IATA Qualification)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred)
Competencies and Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills with a customer- centric approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
• Familiarity with travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus
