Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education [English and Literature]
Responsibilities:
Facilitating Training.
• Deliver training and coaching activities that support the adoption of effective teaching practices for teachers including but not limited to gender-responsive pedagogy and literacy skill development.
Relationship and Ongoing Support.
• Creating, and supporting relationships with administrators and teachers while providing consistent ongoing support in the intercalation of training practices.
Monitor and Evaluation
• Working closely with the Executive Director to develop and administer student, parent, and /or teacher surveys and assessments.
Reporting.
• Drafting of program reports for internal, partner and external use.
• Addressing diverse learning needs.
• carrying out initial assessments.
• A role model who demonstrates positive attitude, passion, and provides learners with honest advice and support.
