JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
The job holder is to support the Stores & Logistics Associate in accurately receiving, storing, and issuing the Unit’s supplies, ensuring adherence to approved Standard Operating Procedures for timely and efficient operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Issuing out supplies to end users according to approved stores requisition vouchers;
• Receiving supplies from Suppliers according to approved Purchase Orders;
• Tracking items in storage and manage inbound/outbound movement documents;
• Reviewing, verify, and reconcile inbound/outbound shipping documents;
• Repackaging of supplies, prepare dispatch notes, and initiate transfer orders in ERP;
• Maintaining clean storerooms with restricted access for proper storage;
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock takes for accurate recording of stock values;
• Generating monthly purchase order fulfilment report and forward to procurement team;
