JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Service Support Officer will provide first-level support for the bank’s IT systems, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle IT service desk inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in hardware and software installations.
• Train and support users on IT tools and systems.
• Maintain IT support documentation and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in IT support or service desk operations.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months:

Level of Education: Associate Degree
