Job Purpose:
The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians, ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and consult with customers about their vehicle concerns.
• Assess vehicle conditions and provide advice on necessary services or repairs.
• Prepare detailed repair orders, including descriptions of problems, repair needs, and associated costs.
• Follow up with customers’ quotations to ensure quick approval and closure.
• Schedule appointments with customers efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues where possible.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
o Experience in the automotive field is preferred.
