Job Summary
The Senior Human Resource Officer plays a central role in ensuring effective and efficient operational human resource management across PEAS Uganda’s school network. This includes planning, resourcing, and coordinating all HR functions while working closely with school leadership and staff. The role involves providing expert HR support, actionable insights, and guidance to help schools operate in alignment with organizational values and strategic goals.
Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to collaborate with the School Network team to provide professional HR support and expertise to school leaders and staff.
