JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To drive the strategic agenda for SME & Retail Banking Sector through Customer Acquisition & Retention: Balance Sheet growth, Maintenance of a high quality Asset portfolio and Development of SME & Retail Products in line with the overall bank’s business objectives.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized University.
• A postgraduate/ master’s degree in a Business-related field will be an added advantage.
• At least 10-15 years of relevant banking experience, preferably with at least 5 years at a senior managerial position in Corporate banking.
• Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations and practices pertaining to Corporate Banking products.
• Personal integrity, self-motivation and self-management. Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills. Analytical business and investment appraisal Skills.
