JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Chief Retail Banking Officer, the role holder will be responsible for developing and executing business plans for the sector in line with the overall Retail Banking business strategy. The Sector Head will lead a team of RMs and work closely with product houses and retail to ensure that they get maximum revenue from all the relationships. The role involves growing the sector balance sheet, and revenue and growing customer numbers on a sustainable basis whilst managing the risk of loss on the portfolio.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Manage client portfolios within the specific sector and are responsible for providing leadership to RMs managing the portfolios.
• Identify bankable opportunities in the agriculture sector and collaborate this with the bank proposition.
