MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCE
Applicant should be a holder of an honours Degree in Administration and Secretarial Studies with at least two years working experience.
DUTIES
- Responsible for all secretarial services at the duty station.
- Receive and channel all radio and telephone messages for the station.
- Receive, attend to and guide visitors
- Requisition supplies and generate accountabilities in line with existing policies
- Ensure that all communication equipment is in good working condition
- Custodian of secretarial related properties of the station including ensuring that such properties are in good working order.
