JOB DETAILS:
Quality Plastics (U) Ltd. is hiring a self-driven and self-motivated Sales executive who will be responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, ensuring timely sales recoveries and handling customers. This role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mukono as well as extensive field work.
Job Responsibilities – Sales Executive
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
