Job Description
The role will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales teams by developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that build sales skills and knowledge to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop Sales Capability Development (CD) Strategy and Training Plan
• Formulate, manage, and drive Sales strategy in conjunction with Regional Managers and Key Accounts Managers.
• Translate Corporate Commercial Strategic objectives into broad Commercial Capability Development strategy.
• Develop and provide a Sales performance scorecard used for rewarding sales team.
• Develop and maintain training standards and a framework of accreditation, aligned to global best practice.
• Develop, consolidate and co-ordinate Sales KPI Measurement and reporting.
