JOB DETAILS:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing and evolving sales team. The SDR will be pivotal in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. As an SDR, you will be the prospects’ initial point of contact, effectively articulating our HR consulting services and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
• Conduct outbound lead generation activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and personalized messaging to nurture prospects.
Qualification and Needs Analysis:
• Engage with prospects to understand their HR challenges, needs, and objectives. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize opportunities for the sales team.
