Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Lead will drive revenue growth and brand awareness for Divine Bamboo by developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, leadership skills, and a passion for impactful work.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies that align with Divine Bamboo’s goals, considering market trends and customer needs. Define clear sales targets, create budgets, and guide the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and client negotiations. Manage payment processes and credit policies, while promoting briquettes through targeted marketing campaigns to increase adoption in key market segments.
