JOB DETAILS:
Purpose/Objective: To manage and handle the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees
Reports to: CEO
Duty Station: Gulu
Key duties and responsibilities
• Designing, refining, and implementing business operations
• Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
• Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.
• Oversee operations, HR, and Finance, MEL and partner with CEO in management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
