Project Manager job at Cheshire Services Uganda

JOB DETAILS:
• Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee and manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned projects.
o Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and team members to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

o Develop and monitor budgets, work plans, and project timelines.

o Prepare reports for donors, management, and stakeholders as required.

o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

o Mentor and guide project team members to achieve set goals.

• Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
o At least 5 years of experience in project management, especially in non-profit organizations.
o Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
