About ACODEV:
Action for Community Development (ACODEV) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2003 to address service delivery gaps during the political insurgency in the Rwenzori region of Western Uganda. Over the years, ACODEV has expanded its programs to benefit children and youth across more than 28 districts in Western, Central, and Northern Uganda. It implements innovative development and humanitarian programs in Uganda and East and Southern Africa.
Job Summary:
The Project Driver will work under the direct supervision of the Administrative Officer and provide transportation support to the West Nile Program, field offices, and visitors of ACODEV.

1. Inspect and record the condition of the vehicle daily; prepare weekly maintenance checklists.
2. Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of ACODEV vehicles, including completing service request forms and maintaining service records.
3. Report mechanical problems to the head driver.
