General Background
Uganda operation has a total of 45 Partnership Framework Agreements currently with the partners forming a larger percentage of our implementation modality. This requires rigorous monitoring to ensure delivery of results. Currently, there is no staff in the Kampala Representational Office charged with the responsibility of monitoring & Evaluation leading to poor selection of indicators, poor indicator data tracking and reporting as well as inefficient monitoring of implementation.
There is need to have a dedicated staff at senior level to support the development and management of the operation’s monitoring portfolio and the consistency and coherence of the operation’s monitoring activities.
The position will be responsible to support the development of sound Theories of Change and related Results Frameworks, the measurability of multi-year protection and solutions strategies and annual plans and appropriate measurement tools and indicators as well as support evaluation planning for Results…
