Job Purpose
Ensure timely production planning while ensuring maximum usage of capacity and effective utilization of the resources
Key Responsibilities
• Make timely production plans while ensuring maximum usage of capacity by supervising and controlling overall production operations and implementing measures for effective utilization of the resource so as to keep within budget and achieve targeted quality and quantity outputs.
• Analyse regular plan vs actual happening and record deviations and reasons, then foresee potential problems and implement corrective actions and take initiatives to improve efficiency to ensure no issues arise.
• Manage performance and motivate the production team by setting their targets, doing appraisals, coach and mentor, identify training needs and give regular feedback to ensure that they are optimally utilized, attain a level of employee satisfaction and…
