JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
Oversee all the procurement of non-RM material and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Effective management of store operation in receiving inspection, storage, issuance and transfer of items as per company policy.
• Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials, by properly organising the items in the store, keeping it clean and in good order.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular store’s items whenever the stock level of any item approaches the minimum limit.
• Initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
