PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide overall leadership to the Communications and Public Relations function of the University.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
• A relevant Master’s Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism from a reputable institution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or Marketing, or related area, from a recognized institution of higher learning.
• Should have at least Six (6) years of work experience in Public relations in a reputable organization, three (3) of which must be at a Senior level.
• Should have demonstrated computer skills.

Experience in Months: 72
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
