Job Purpose/Scope
The Partnerships and Institutional Fundraising Advisor will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships for the Uganda Country program. S/he will lead the process of identification of unrestricted and flexible funding opportunities from institutional donors, responding to calls for funding including drafting concept notes, position papers, and funding proposals in close collaboration with the technical leads; this role will lead initiatives that position the country program as the preferred partner for donors in development sector. The partnerships and Institutional Fundraising Advisor will also play a critical role in developing policy briefs and high-level advocacy as well as leading the drafting of external reports/ communications that impact the image of Stromme Foundation Uganda as an organization.
