JOB ROLE/ PURPOSE:
Support the finance and administration of the URA Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme to enhance accountability and value – for-money on RBS Investments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Provide custody to staff retirement benefits scheme documents and information in order to promote efficiency in processing payments and conducting of the scheme’s administrative work.
a) Follow up with payroll unit to establish whether RBS deductions have been remitted to the RBS bank account
b)Reconcile individual contributions so that the contributions are credited to individual’s member account in respective Accounting system on a monthly basis.
